The original code written for this website is proprietary. No open-source
license is granted for that code. You may load, execute and display the website
in a browser for its ordinary intended use. Other copying, modification or
redistribution requires prior written permission from the rights holder, except
where permitted by applicable law or by an existing license grant.

Scope and exceptions

This notice does not restrict third-party software, fonts, templates or assets.
They remain governed by their respective licenses. Complete notices for bundled
libraries and UI templates are distributed with this website; Manrope is covered
by the SIL Open Font License 1.1.

The separate Flightdeck launcher remains MIT-licensed for its original launcher
code, subject to its documented component licenses. The reused Flightdeck mark
and panorama artwork retain their original MIT terms to the extent copyright
applies. This notice does not claim new copyright in AI-generated material or
withdraw permissions previously granted under other licenses.

No rights to Microsoft Flight Simulator, proprietary game content or
third-party trademarks are granted by this notice. Mandatory statutory rights
remain unaffected.
